It was a perfect leisure experience. We really liked the place and the hotel. Our room was recently upgraded and very clean, but the bed positions were a bit odd. Very friendly and helpful staff- the owner family was always around to assist and support. Very good food and and large variety. The wellness ward was impressive and larger than expected with various sauna, quiet rooms, massage and indoor/ outdoor pools. The hotel offers fantastic activities for smaller children like mini zoo, horse-back-riding, animal feeding and indoor/ outdoor playgrounds. It was pleasure to stay here!

Very nice hotel, great wellness with possibility to jump directly to the snow after sauna, very good food also for kids, nice people. The only issue is lack of heaters for ski boots. It is 10-15 minutes by car to Zell and app 20 minutes to Kaprun. Track for cross-country ski goes directly by the hotel. And be aware that you will stay close to cows and they smell... but it is much better than smell in the city.
